Still one of the best books on basic translation theory for the Spanish/English combination. The Spanish is well written. The English is sometimes a bit shaky, but the approach is solid through and through. Simple, practical, sensible, applicable. If it´s not on your shelf, it should be. Sold out but a few used copies are still available.
